The ban begins on January 20, 2005 so you have until January 19 at 11:59:59pm to use your PH on the banned list. After that they will be illegal and you will need to dispose of them. It just so happens that I have the very specialized equipement needed for the proper disposal process of banned PHs so feel free to PM me and I will send you my address so that you can forward your supply of banned substances to me for proper disposal as not to place yourself into legal jeapordy.
Suppliers have until then or when their stock runs out whichever comes first to sell their supply. The only question is will they continue to sell up to that point due to shipping time etc. since legally the substacnes will be banned at that moment in time. I don't know but maybe sledge or custom or stryder can chime in on this.
