Up my dose?

Hey guys I'm beginning my 3 rd week of epistane and have been dosing 30 mg a day. I feel good and only sides really bothering me are horrible back pumps. But the taurine is keeping them tolerable. Should I bump up to 45 mg a day. I'm feeling like its starting to kick in but I want to unlock the full potential on this 4-5 week cycle. I'm 5'9" and 212 lbs

Sounds good. I'm gonna only run it 5 wks. I have a trip to take mid February and would like to be nod the methyls and enjoy myself
