Hey guys I'm new to this forum so I try my best. I just started taking ph 19 it's my first ph. I plan on taking 3 ml 3x day . I will try to eat more protein foods take animal Pack 2 protein Shakes and for my anti estrogen I'm going to take formadrol extreme. I'm going to try to keep posting logs And update once a week . I think this cycle will last 4 weeks. I you think I'm missing something please let me know thanks
