What do you think of this otc pct (which I recommended dosage for the first two)

I'm european too (Portugal), and also have the same issues as you I belive you better forget about epistane as it can't go without SERM. Think for a moment about this steroid in specific: it is the 17a methylated version of an aromatase inhibitor, so it already has the chance of cause estrogen rebound from it's AI activity, then a small percentage of it can convert into Madol (Pheraplex) wich is as suppressive as Methasteron (Superdrol), and all this without mention the inherent suppression caused by Mepithiostanol itself. So this one in specific is a bold "no no" as far as OTC PCT goes.
A good option I belive is D-Plex or Alpha Bulk or Mass.

It's just as hard stateside. Find a way, or you'll regret it. Do not ask on here how to get a serm. Google it or something. I've gotten serms when i was in Spain, it's not that hard.
