    no matter how much gear you use the human body is not cappable of gaining 1lb of muscle per day, especially with no carbs and while using ECA.

    Though I have to say that gains of close to a pound a day of muscle mass are possible on the right cocktail of pharmaceuticals, if you take in enough calories

    That guy in that movie "Supersize me" gained almost 30 lbs. in a month. WITHOUT ROIDS! ALL natural.

    that movie drives me crazy........how can you gain 30lb in month from eating 3x day only!?

    i mean assuming each meal is 1000 cal.........that 3000 cal ed

    you cant gain from 30 lb form 300cals/ed in a month!!!

    Meals at McDonalds would probably be significantly more than 1000 calories.

    Ex: 1 Big Mac, Large Fries, Large Coke = 1390 calories. I haven't seen the movie but I think he ate bigger meals than that.

    that movie was great. yeah he was taking in around 5k calories a day. I didnt know mcdonalds has the same side effects as m1t, lethargy, weight gain, heart problems, liver goes to ****. Sometimes I get a double quarter pounder with cheese and throw away the bun, not the cleanest way to bulk but it has 47 grams of protien nonetheless.

    don't know if your aware or not, but Mcdonalds uses soy meat, to help keep costs down. So basically 47grams of worthless beef. Next time go to burger king and get a double whopper and toss the buns.

    As you should, Mcdonalds and Taco Bell have been harrased over thg class of meat they use. Taco Bell uses
    grade 3 meat.

    I don't think they use soy they use ground beef according to this link http://www.mcdonalds.com/usa/eat/nut...q/quality.html however I wouldent be surprised to learn thats a lie. Taco bell makes me **** so bad but its soo good.

    bro's- I LOVE TACO BELL, it doesnt give me the ****s for some reason. I cannot eat mcdonalds though- it just doesnt sit well in the gut, after i eat the **** my stomach for 2 + hours will sit there and churn. WOoooOF i could throw up after eating it!

    I wonder why Winny happened to be so underated?
    Just started to throw it in for my Testcycle and it´s always a surprise how good it works.
    Although I voted for dbol,I think nothing can beat winny.

    i second that, test base can be suspended in oil. And chasec, the effect of test base suspended in oil would have is a slightly slower release rate from the depot.

    TNE is acronymn for testosterone no ester. When TNE(Test No Ester) is used in water it's called test suspension. It can also be put in oil and some still mistakenly call it suspension but it's really it is in a depot.

    My cousin was a manager at taco bell and he said the only thing u should eat there is the chicken. Thats the only "real" food that is served from that joint. But damn those mexican pizzas are that FIRE! ****, i need to clean up my diet ASAP!

    I say Halotesin with Tren at a close second. I cant comment on Cheque drops since I have never taken them.

    I've been on a Test enan/EQ cycle for about 10 weeks, At the 9 week mark I added tren 75mg ED... Was a total of 33 pounds up today (10 weeks 6 days). 7 or 8 more weeks to go. Anyway strength definately picking up, and 4 or so of those pounds came in the last week since adding tren. Not using an Anti-E, per say, In stead I'm taking 600mg 5aa cyp per week. But I still definately have a bit of bloat (not much)... and Very definately some fat gain. *Cry*

    I'm wondering if I'll hit 45 pounds?

    Edit: I should also point Out I'm using 15iu of humalog Everymorning, and pwo.

    how much fat did you gain...whats the increase in your BF level?

    Unfortunately I'm not to concerned with actively measuring it. I keep my diet very lean, especially during slin time. Gauging from my vascularity and belt notches I don't think I have gained much more then 5 pounds of fat. But It's all guess work at this point.

    Up 34 pounds today...

    yes. I have not had any hypo issues what so ever... I have over 100 shots under my belt. I'm comfortable using 15iu.

    ok guys i just finished 4 weeks of dbol and i can say the gains are amazing. strength increased 10-15lb in all my lifts just in 3 weeks.

    Yea dbol is the bomb for short term strength... but if your only on dbol, it's more then likely 60% water or worse.

    Basically it's this.. looks complicated but It's not so complicated. Tren I sort of threw in mid cycle.. :P

    Week 01 - 04 50mg Dbol
    Week 01 - 02 100mg Test Prop EOD
    Week 01 - 02 100mg Boldenolone Prop EOD
    Week 01 - 14 500mg Test Enanthate
    Week 01 - 13 500mg EQ
    Week 05 - 14 600mg 5aa Cypionate
    Week 17 - 16 150mg Test Prop EOD
    Week 10 - 16 75mg Tren Ace ED
    Week 14 - 16 IGF-1 50 mcg ED
    Week 17 - 21 Clomid PCT

    Week 22 - 24 IGF-1 50 mcg ED

    15iu Humalog Through out PWO
    15iu Humalog for breakfast most mornings

    10iu Humalog with IGF pwo, and on off days breakfast.

    Nolva on hand.. but 5aa cyp is controling estrogen perfectly... letro also on hand.. perhaps for when stop 5aa cyp.. I might use proviron as well? or maybe even masteron haven't decided.

    Probably doing way to much? But I'm enjoying myself.. and I'm not really having any sides what so ever.. I haven't even lost a hair on my head.

    Deit is 350-450 grams of protein a day, 200-300 grams of carbs.. depending on whether I have 1 or 2 slin meals that day... calories 3000-4000 depending on the same. I eat very lean... (except muscle milk with skim milk for bed..).. and an occasional fattier cut of meat for supper.

    Breakfast is usually a slin meal... with more protein in the middle. 100 carbs / 125 protein / almost no fat
    Snack is 1 cup of cottage cheese 1% fat (2 grams total)
    Lunch is 10.5 ounces of chicken breast
    low fat yogurt
    Banana
    Veggies
    Snack 1 cup Cottage cheese again.
    Supper any cut of meat, salad or veggies.
    Pwo shake if I workout.
    Musclemilke for bed.

    And it just repeats like that.

    I'm sort of a fat ass.. and I guess i gain easy.. before this cycle I lost 135 pounds.. Check out what happened to my neck this cycle though...

    Are majority of gains lean. I would imagine that the slin diet could be culprit for some of the immense gains. What you think? Cycle is a little overkill, but I can't blame for doing it. What's up with the 2 weeker of boldenone, leftovers?
