  1. Worked out back today. Been working out all week.

    Weighed myself this morning and im at 178! Woot woot!

    My body aches a little.. not sure why... ill drink more water today see if that helps...

    This happens to me all the time. I get so caught up in workouts and motivated during a cycle I forget to take rest days. My body usually lets me know by being achy especially about an hour after waking up.
    The advice I give is just that... Advice, purely my opinion. Not medical advice

    Naw im only training three out of the week. Chest back and legs this week so far... Im at max dose... I decided to try out full dose... It might be too strong lol... I bought a new laptop and im going to do some video chats... I was going to catch up when i get off from work... I noticed my face is red. Not sure if its dry or my bp is getting higher. Body size is getting bigger... Noticed leaning out. But not too much since im still bulking.

    Heres my second week results. Like i said im up three lbs... so could be all water weight... i see a little diff...

    Thanx fellas. I think its alot of muscle memory... but could be the product... im rediculously aggressive... this stuff would be nice stacked with test or something else

  11. Workouts are freekin awsome!!! Had a beautiful back and leg workout! One arn pulled 100's which i wasnt expecting soon... but hey ill take it! Strength is def coming back... this week im starting to see everything. Good stuff!

  17. Yea I went through two bottles of each for just over 6 weeks. Just started a new log. Should be pretty exciting.

  20. Hey Big Mike did you use a SERM after your ph-19 and M1D black stack or just OTC pct. Sounds like an awesome stack.

  21. I ran formadrol through out, both on the PH19/M1d Black and even after. Added 2 caps of FormX twice a day ( gave me 2grams of daa) and kept 3 caps of formadrol in at night. Over kill for most people though but I follow a "blast & cruise" method and never fully get off. (Been over a year since I've fully cycled off) and had small gyno issue I was still dealing with from a previous cycle that the formX/formadrol really helped with.

  23. Ill be giving another update soon fellas... recovery is increasing... well see how things go after this intense leg workout. been a crazy week... diet hasnt been on que... but training has been awsome!!! Good pumps!!

  25. Im sorry fellas for the being away... it has been crazy... training... eating and working out... so busy at work i was only able to get three days in... but they were great workouts! My leg workout made me sore for four days lol!!! Havent had a good workout like that on legs in a minute! Ill catching up shortly fellas. Sry for the delay!

  27. PCT: Arimadex .50 daily, Liver juice 500mg daily, Fishoil/flaxoil 10g daily. CAls still the same. Workouts still the same.
