im looking to burn a little fat and gain a little muscle dont wanna get to huge just bigger arms and chest is all and more defined......im 5'8 150 pounds ..how many carbs should i take in ....looking to bulk but kinda cut at the same time ...gonna do 10/20/20 for my cycle allready have my pct ready and set to go just not sure how much i should be taking in for carbs protein and fat...im fine with gaining a few pounds of muscle to burn some bf%
