First I'm 38 yo 6'5 tall and 240lbs and approx 13% bf. I have been lifting heavy for two consistent years and am preparing for my first PH cycle. I run 5 day lifting schedule and eat 99% clean at about 2300 calories a day. My current average is 230 G protein, 180 carbs, and approx 80-90 g fat. My goal is drop 2-3% BF and make some lean gains. Should I run at my current calorie intake? Or add another 300 or so and I plan on upping the protein to 270ish. As for dosing and at my current weight (240) should I start the 6 week cycle at 75/75/75/100/100/100 or at 50 and taper up? Any advice is appreciated. I will not require PCT due to I am on TRT (Test E 200 mg week) for life.

On a PH, you can drop cals drastically and cut easily and maintain LBM.

Just be sure that when you eat, make them VERY CLEAN FOOD CHOICES.

13.7*lbm (lbs)
Multiply by your activity level. Drop 500 from that to start

Start at maintenance and adjust based on results. Recomping is difficult, but my formula is maintenance calories on training days, and then 15-20% lower on off training days, the deficit coming from carbs. I always seem to fare very well using this method.

2300 calories a day and you weigh 240 lbs at 13 percent bodyfat? Not sure how that's even possible but very impressive regardless. You've only been lifting for two years? I would think your test levels would have dropped considerably but apparently not

I am on TRT (Test replacement therapy) and 2300 calories is what my diet consists of now trying to lower BF. I have been lifting for many years but seriously for the last two, to include eating clean.
