Cycle #2 - Help Please
Hey everyone, back again! Ran a 6 week HDrol cycle over summer and loved it. Ran it @ 50/50/75/75/75/75 and gained and kept 15 lbs after 4 week PCT. Now looking to attempt cycle #2 in January (Superdrol this time). How's this look so far. Any critique/suggestions/help would be great.
Week 1-2: CEL Cycle Assist
Cycle: Superdrol - 4 weeks @ 10/20/20/20
Week 3: Superdrol 10/CEL Cycle Assist/Taurine 5g
Week 4: Superdrol 20/CEL Cycle Assist/Taurine 5g
Week 5: Superdrol 20/CEL Cycle Assist/Taurine 5g
Week 6: Superdrol 20/CEL Cycle Assist/Taurine 5g
PCT: Nolva 4 weeks @ 40/20/20/10
Week 7: Nolvadex 40/CEL PCT Assist
Week 8: Nolvadex 20/CEL PCT Assist
Week 9: Nolvadex 20/CEL PCT Assist
Week 10: Nolvadex 10/CEL PCT Assist
-5'10/195/27 years old, been lifting 5 yrs.
-1st cycle went from 180-195. Still hovering around 195 and looking to get past that 200 lb barrier finally.
-Eat a clean diet, about 4000 cals a day. Looking to put on mass during cycle.
Any suggestions? All is welcome, thanks again!

I'd probably start at 20mg of SD and on week 4 bump to 30mg. Nolva no real need to start at 40mg then taper down, just run 20mg all the way through. PCT and Cycle Assist are both fantastic products they should have you covered.

Never ran SD before so I was just gonna start at 10mg for week 1 and ease into it a bit. Running week 4 at 30 was an option. I'll see how I feel at that point and can either run week 4 at 20 or 30mg

I was debating a 3 week cycle just to stay as safe as possible and minimize the sides but thought a 4 week one would be best in the end. My main goal is to be able to keep as much as the gains as possible after the cycle so I thought it would be best to stretch it out over 4 weeks. I don't want to blow up quick and then lose all the gains just as quick as i got them. The faster the gains come, the harder they are to keep is what I've heard and seen with others.

Yes you might want to start at 10mg. 20 was too much for me. I did 10mg for 3 weeks and gained 8lbs over the summer. I've kept all gains and am in fact 1lb heavier than at the end of my cycle.
I couldn't go past 3 weeks. The sides were too much for me. Next time I do it I'm actually going to start at 5mg/day.

I did 10/20/30/30 last cycle and it was smooth as silk!
But will prob stay at 10mg/3-4 weeks next time. I think the higher doses prob just increase glycogen up take not real muscle growth.

???..... ,gains do tapper after third week spanky. If u do a lower dose , u can run longer, but at 30mg u will start seeing less gains after third weekOriginally Posted by Rhadam
