Best way 2 run SD/Epi for recomp?

Hey guys I have a question regarding the best way to dose in sd for a recomp with epi. The epi will be ran for 6 weeks but the sd has me wondering which is best to do?

Sd 20/20/20 (may lead to extra weight gain and bloat

Or 10/10/10/10/10/10 (slower but steady strength gains)

For a recomp which route would u choose. Increase in strength is a focus but not at te expense of extra body fat.
 
As long as you have a run or 2 of PH/DS products under your belt...

SD: 10/20/30
EPI: 0/30/40/50/60/60

That's probably how i'd do it, although if it were me i'd go 7 weeks total most likely and do something like this:

SD: 20/20/30/30
EPI: 0/ 0/ 30/40/50/60/70
