Cholesterol & Cycle

I've been off cycle for 8 weeks now and off PCT for 3.
I just got bloodwork back and it shows my bad cholesterol at 214 and good cholesterol at 30. Keep in mind that the test was done without fasting.
How long does it take for cholseterol to get back to normal levels?

Ok, update. I called my cariologist who tested me back in April and he said my artories were fine. So I'm not worried about my cholesterol killing me; but I may need surgery on my shoulder to clean out some calcium and he wont clear me unless my cholesterol goes down.

Yes, I planned to but I feel better knowing I don't have clogged arteries and that it's most likely due to my previous cycle. I read online that there was a study done that says that a test after fasting didn't produce better results; but I'm going to get one anyway.

I firmly believe that you have to eat clean 2,3 days before and then fast for 12 hours to get an accurate picture of how your cholesterol is.
