    increase workout volume?


    I'm gonna be starting a halo cycle soon, how much If any should I increase the volume of my workouts, as of now I'm doing a slightly modified version of hct 12, 4 days a week, and if I increase should it be my sets, reps, actual exercises, days per week etc? Thanks
