prolactin and acne??

so heres my deal. im not naturally very acne prone except when im on cycle but breakouts usualy subside soon after discontinuing use, however this time they havent. i did a short run of sd and stano and my skin stayed fairly clear durring this cycle considering the dosages i used. my pct consisted of clomid daa erase and ghrp-6. i know ghrp-6 increases prolactin and cortisol. is there a possibility that the prolactin increase is whats making me cotinue to break out???
