M1T -- The Reference Point Thread

In response to the continual flood of questions asked around this board, I am starting this thread to serve as a one-stop quick reference for those who are planning to use M1T - a feedback magnet. I realize that there are a number of journals already available, but I don't have the time to bring together all of that information if I had to do it all by myself. If everyone would contribute their own experiences here, others will be able to benefit greatly by being able to quickly survey the experiences of many, and they can take into consideration the up-to-date discussion of the consensus reached from these contributions, including recommendations. I will maintain a summary of this information in the first post.

The form of response from contributors which would be most helpful for the compilation of valuable information would be something like what follows (but please PM me if you have suggestions for improving this).If you've done a cycle, I implore you, out of gratitude for anything you've learned here at AnabolicsMinds to do everyone else a favor, by spending five minutes to convey what happened during your cycle.

M1T Questionnaire
1. What was your LBM and total weight before starting M1T?
2. How close are you to what you think is your natural/genetic potential?
3. Do you seem to need (much) more or less anabolics than other people?
4. At what dose of M1T did you realize the best results?
5. If applicable, what dose did you notice was too high, or too many side-effects?
6. If applicable, what dose did you feel was insufficient to realize gains?
7. Besides muscle growth, what were the side-effects for you, physical and/or psychological, positive and/or negative?
8. For how long did you run M1T, and at what dose?
9. What was your LBM and total weight after finishing M1T?

11. Briefly, if you used other non-anabolic supplements which you feel contributed to the results of your cycle, what were they?

If this thread gets a lot of contributions and traffic in the coming weeks and months, it should prove very helpful. 2. Nowhere near genetic potential
3. Less anabolics needed (esp. M1T)
4. Best result 10mg for strength, 5mg about same for mass
5. Never exceeded 10mg/day
7. Side Effects
Significant and severe cramping (chest, abs esp)
Appetite suppression (no trouble eating maximal calories)
Constant pump 24/7, vascularity, muscle hardness
Lethargy, moderate
Feeling of pressure in head
Felt hot all day long much of the time
Lots of strength gain
Many more side effects listed in log

8. 1st cycle 16 days, 5mg/ED, 2nd cycle 30 days 10mg
9. Estimate 8-10 lbs lbm gain over both cycles.
10. Also used 1-T, 4AD, M5AA
12. M1T was effectively responsible for all mass gains in both cycles and most of the strength gain as well.

1 100kg total weight at 171cm
2 not near
3 Im still figuring that out
4 best result over 7.5mg 10mg seems optimal
5 12.5mg got realy bad back pain, was almost not able to walk
6 7.5-10mg
7 got the flu on day 2,3 and 4, major lethargy on day 1 and 2 minor lethargy on other days (coffein helped)
good pumps all day long good strenght and weight gain
8 4 weeks at week 1: 5mg w2 7.5mg, w3 10mg and week 4 12,5mg for 2 days then back to 10mg rest of the week becourse of back pain
9 total weight after cycle 105 kg now 5 weeks later a am still 105kg
10 also used m5aa at 40mg pw 20mg 3-4 hour later and 20mg 3-4 hour later
11 food, whey protein, multi vit/min
12 m1t was the main anabolic for size and m5aa the main androgenic for strength
13 27 im not fatt, not skinny but muscular

Note: I continued to increse in strenght during all four weeks of pct and in week 2 or was it week 3 pct i notised the most change in zice (I just suddenly were bigger)

Run at high doses (30-50 mg) this is was a potent anabolic. The sides for me were not as harsh as for most, but prostate "pressure" was a problem.

The bloat was only bad when overeating, when cutting there was none. It was particularly strong when cutting -- I gained a pound or two in two weeks, when doing a starvation Quick Cut.

4. At what dose of M1T did you realize the best results? 30mg
5. If applicable, what dose did you notice was too high, or too many side-effects? 20mg sides started kicking in but gains were not what I expected until 30mg
6. If applicable, what dose did you feel was insufficient to realize gains? Don't know I started at 20 and gains were maginal.
7. Besides muscle growth, what were the side-effects for you, physical and/or psychological, positive and/or negative? Lethargy, Cramps, Heavy Breathing, got a cold every time.
8. For how long did you run M1T, and at what dose? 4 weeks 20mg a day. Second cycle 6 weeks 30mg a day
9. What was your LBM and total weight after finishing M1T? I was about 270 don't know bf percentage. I am more of a powerlifter than bodybuilder.
10. If you were running M1T as part of a stack, what else did you use? 2000 mg of oral 4ad a day.
11. Briefly, if you used other non-anabolic supplements which you feel contributed to the results of your cycle, what were they? Nothing
12. Evaluate the role of M1T in the success of your cycle. How much do you attribute your results to M1T, as opposed to other supplements, anabolic or otherwise? I think both cycles sucked because it was impossible to keep gains post cycle despite eating everything in site and still training hard. Way too much water weight gain for my liking. Regular 1-test is 10 times better for keepable gains.
13. For the record, what is your age, and are you ecto, endo, meso or what?
27 meso/endo
14. Have you used an AAS comparable to M1T, and how much of it would it take to give you gains comparable to those you got from M1T? In terms of gains it reminds me of test a lot of bloat average strength gains(1-test much more) and it shuts you down like nobodys business. It is totally different than test in terms of how you feel and sides. I would say the sides are 5 times worse for me than just straight test.

I have no cycle log but let me just say that I think M1T sucks. The **** is like poison and the gains are impossible to keep. I got 0 gains until like the 3rd week which is why i went 4 and 6 weeks. In my opinion besides it being pure posion and impossible to keep gains the worst thing about it was I gained a **** load of weight looked leaner but my strength gains were marginal and I'm in it for the strength.

-I think I am NEAR gentic potential although not totally there....

3. Do you seem to need (much) more or less anabolics than other people?
-I seem to take about the avg, considering I'm 240 now....

4. At what dose of M1T did you realize the best results?
-I took 10mg/day for 10 days then upped to 20mg/day for about 5 then back to 10mg for the remainder, 21 days.

5. If applicable, what dose did you notice was too high, or too many side-effects?
-N/A

6. If applicable, what dose did you feel was insufficient to realize gains?
-I'd say 10mg/day, but honestly I would do 15-20 on my next cycle if i do it.

7. Besides muscle growth, what were the side-effects for you, physical and/or psychological, positive and/or negative?
-I felt good, everyone said "DAMN DUDE U LOOK HUUUUUUUGE!!!!" so this i a good psyc drug.....

8. For how long did you run M1T, and at what dose?
-21 days

9. What was your LBM and total weight after finishing M1T?
-I increased 12 lbs, but lost about 10 after the cycle...most of hte gains were water...not sure how water makes u soooo strong though!

10. If you were running M1T as part of a stack, what else did you use?
-4ad

11. Briefly, if you used other non-anabolic supplements which you feel contributed to the results of your cycle, what were they?
-NONE

12. Evaluate the role of M1T in the success of your cycle. How much do you attribute your results to M1T, as opposed to other supplements, anabolic or otherwise?
-I personally had huge gains off m1t, but the negative sides where huge too, even at the low dose I used, my nuts shrank like hell!!!! this bothers me greatly. I would recommend hcg for any m1t cycle....and if u have small nuts to begin with, stay away, this is like testicular atrophy in pill form. I love the strength increases and size increases but HATE THE NUTS DECRESES....maybe this is just me, but i love my nuts. :)

-22yo, ENDO for sure!

-havent used AAS, but prolly will.....

I got really good strength and size gains from my cycle. I am in pct therapy now using nolva. So far, after a week I have noticed strength still improving and no noticeable loss in size..:)

Negative - lower back cramping. Happened only twice.

3 weeks, 15 mg / day

246 lbs, 16% bf

Used the M1T for weeks 2-4
1.5 cc Sledge Test (150mg 4AD Prop, 75 mg 4OHT Cyp per cc) / day weeks 1-4
75 mg Tren / day weeks 1-4

11. Briefly, if you used other non-anabolic supplements which you feel contributed to the results of your cycle, what were they?

N/A

12. Evaluate the role of M1T in the success of your cycle. How much do you attribute your results to M1T, as opposed to other supplements, anabolic or otherwise?

Difficult to say. I noticed good results when the M1T was added, but this could have been due to the 4AD and Tren kicking in fully. I do feel that the M1T made a huge difference, but that is due more to how I feel than anything I can quantify. This was a cutting cycle, but even so with the M1T I gained some weight while losing fat and increased my strength as well.

25 years old, combination endo / meso

14. Have you used an AAS comparable to M1T, and how much of it would it take to give you gains comparable to those you got from M1T

Haven't used anything comparable to M1T. Will be trying dbol after the first of the year.
 
A request

I will be finishing up a M1T cycle in a few days and will post my results. But I would also like to add to the questions (for all the reference point threads):
What manufacturer and lot number did you use?
I've had a couple of bottles of different things I've suspected weren't quite right, and there was a rumor about a bad batch of M1T. Thanks.
