this is copy and parted from somewhere else that's why there is some useless info .but does all this sound right? preloading for two weeks:- Anabolic innovations cycle support- Ultimate Man multivitamin (I always take this)- fish oil- Flaxseed Oil (I always take this)Let me say that I made the mistake of buying the Chocolate Cycle Support. I have yet to find a good way to mix this stuff. I highly, highly recommend the Orange Cycle Support. I mix one scoop into about 4 ounces of room temperature water. Stir until dissolved. Then, add about 4 ounces of orange juice and you've got a better than decent experience rather than choking down some nasty, undissolved crap.Now for the good stuff. I am running the Haloplex at 50/75/75/75/100. The 100 is not set in stone, if the 75 continues to do well for me I'll keep her steady.
