Pretty bummed, i'm currently finishing up a cycle of Havoc (epistane) and Work got crazy starting my 3rd week forcing me to work 6-10's night shift starting my third week which really messed up my workouts, and 6-10's day shift for the 4th week.
Since i wasn't able to put my all into this with my work schedule, i'm looking for something else to try when i'm finished up with my PCT.
Any Suggestions for someone new-ish to PH's (wouldn't know how to get ahold of them now anyway)
your help is much appreciated.
