  2. In all honesty you should click up with a crew at the gym . You don't have to work out with them as a partner . It just helps when you have a big ass aggressive swole crew in the general area. Helps with aggressive energy . If they see you struggle they know to come spot you for the last 2 to 3 reps . We take over a genrel area at more then 3 gyms when we lift an people just stay out of are way music plus good aggressive energy. Is amazing . Lift big to get big . Gotta eat big to grow. My fav quote . Lift like a bitch look like a bitch . You should only lift for you an nobody else ever . People always hate when people progress or look better . Stay true to yourself diet ,train ,rest even harder , you will accomplish anything

    Yeah i know i really should but i am very very shy in person. I made friends with a lady who competes overseas but i spoke to her like once and then we texted alot, i saw her at gym on Sunday and it really helps to know someone with the same goals is out there.   5. Well don't be so shy . Most people who are stacked super atheletic compete etc. Are usually very nice an helpful an are willing to give help. I lift with an am lucky enough to know a few NPC pros an a few buds that are about to get here pro card . So I lucked out . But we have legit highschool kids . Girls of all ages elderly that ask for advice tips dieting etc. If we see that they are serious an actually going to use the info an not just argue or not follow what advice we give . We are more then helpful. If not we usually tell them to f%&$ off haha . So don't be shy walk up an just tell her how it it is what you do and etc. I'm betting she would love to help

  7. so far, nothing yet. i am stiff as hell so i know my recovery hasn't improved yet and no strength gains or vascularity of note YET, but it will come soon enough.

  18. So its day 9 and i woke up with a lovely sore throat...definitely going to monitor it to make sure its not my voice dropping a few octaves just hoping its not the flu or some sh1t like that.

    I just want to say thanks to everyone who is following this thread, i really appreciate it, And a big thanks to everyone who is giving me reputation.

    P.S i hope none of u have been affected badly by hurricane Sandy, stay safe. :-)

    Sounds crazy but u may wanna super load a little vitamin c and d3 for a few days. Not saying its something that affects everyone, but, it could be something I call Roid flu. Sounds ridiculous but I know a lot of folks that just get a little under the weather for a few days when the juice gets flowing. Don't stress over being a bit croopy and also consider some L glutamine as it helps support immune function and is cheap. This log is mad interesting. Keep killin it.

    i think you are spot on, i will defiantly look into it because it doesn't seem to be flu or my voice for that matter. I'll also up the glutamine intake, i have a bunch of it as it was on sale. thanks for your comment and keep following my progress please

  23. Some triceps this morning

    So progress so far this morning. My throat is still scratchy especially when i talk alot then i start coughing. Im upping the vitamin intake at the moment till this passes, its not affecting my training or diet so im not really 2 worried about it.

    Horseshoe is coming along nicely on the tri -- great work. And your an definition is already really nice, so this cycle should be very good to you.

    And just my .02 -- I've lifted alone for at least 6 years, if not longer. I find most people are unreliable and it ensures I get in there and lift what I need to lift and in the time frame I want/need to do it in. Having a lifting partner isn't a bad thing, but when I see groups of 3 or more, they generally talk more than they lift and have ridiculously long rest periods. I know everyone is different, but I think as long as you can snag a spotter when you need one, you can be far more effective and efficient alone.

    Good luck and hope that little bug goes away soon.

    I agree with you, I like working out alone as well. It's nice to have one other person for a spot sometimes, but any more than 2 people it just sucks.

    Well they make halo for her which is just a low dose halo. My gf used it and had good results. Dose is so tiny tho, like 1/20 that of males dosage

    Ah ok Halo the prohormone not Halotestin as in Fluoxymesterone (godly strength increase and androgenic as fcuk). Either way hope it works well for you.
