new approach to m5aa?

I'm thinking of using m5aa to bring up a laging bodypart by taking 40-50mg once a week prior to training arms. What do the experts think about such an approach?
 
i'm no expert, but at that dosage the effects would be purely psychological. if it helps with focus/energy that 1 day a week, i guess it hypothetically could help you train your arms harder, which could lead them to grow.
 
Dr D has made a few posts about a technique like this, although he advised no more thatn 20mg 2x a week(so I guess 40mg 1x a week is ok also).

Aswell as tht, it would be an advantage if you were working out in the AM, as it will fit in better with your bodies natural hormonal rythm.
