Week 1 t/m 10 500mg test enanthaat per week
Week 1 t/m 10 200 mg deca per week
Week 1 t/m 6 50mg winny p/d
Week 13 t/m 15 20mg Nolva p/d
Goal: Mass gains. 5-7 kg sustainable gains.
Any thoughts? Maybe run the winny later in the cycle?
