    What is essential while On and for PCT??


    Im into a week of 400mg 4-AD trans and starting M1t in two days. Ive been taking around 1g of milk thistle for the past week, and I was wondering what are the essential supplements/herbs to be taking while on the Methyl and then what to take for post cycle therapy. I wasn't planning on taking milk thistle during because of what I have heard of lowering gains, but My post cycle will include reduced volume, high calories, nolva, and milk thistle.

    Is there anything that I should be taking with my 4AD and M1t?
    Should I add anything to PCT?

    And if anyone could direct me to a thread which talks about how many calories i should be consuming on cycle and off that would be great...my searches haven't turned anything up yet.

    stats: 22yo 5'10'' 214lbs, 18%bf,
    currently eating 3000cals 250g protein 250g carb rest fat

    I would suggest you run NAC and ALA or R-ALA with a Mehtyl cycle, for sure with m1t
    Also I like to add taurine and ALCAR with my M1T

    Nolva should be sufficient for PCT.

    where can I get ALA and NAC? Any vitamin shop? Also, would trib be suggested for post cycle to bring libido up if that is a concern? And is there any use at all for vitex in this equation?

    IMO...6-OXO is the way to go for PCT. I believe an Aromatase Inhibitor immediatly following your cycle untill HTPA is restored is best (2 weeks). Then, if you feel it is nessasary, Nolvadex to stimulate LH.
    You may also add some Tribulus, Avena Sativa, or Eurycoma Longifolia Jack post cycle.

    ? 6oxo over Nolva? NEVER!

    Nolva PCT is your best bet @ 40,40,20,10(week 1,2,3,4)

    Cheap ALA and NAC powders can be bought from www.smi2le.biz

    Run ~1g of each per day throughout the cycle, and PCT.

    Eat 1000calories over maintenance

    Also, I thought it was clomid that stimulated LH, not nolva. Nolva is just an estrogen receptor blocker?

    Irongame, The liver supps recommended above are good, when running M1T you may also want to consider some supps to protect the heart and cholesterol levels, there is another thread by brodus on this subject, it should give you a few suggestions.

    Meathead, there are several threads on Nolva and clomid on this board, just search for them. People have different preferences as to which they use post cycle. I would agree with you that Nolva should be used over 6OXO in this case with M1T being used.

    I've been using Zinc and Magnesium. I read some article on here that said Zinc was supposed to keep gyno in check. Also they help you sleep good too.

    So now everyone is recommending milk thistle and NAC WHILE on? Heck back a while ago (pre military) when I was following this stuff everyone was stuck on not taking it until after since taking milk thistle and NAC would help breakdown the methyls?

    I believe the recommendation to not take on cycle is only for Milk Thristle.
    Its written that way in some old articles on PHs.

    I have taken high dose milk thistle while on with no effects on muscle growth.
    I would think it wise to take care of your liver.

    Can u compare how much would have u gained without the Sylmarin?
    I cant. I too used it while on M4OHN this summer, because my baseline liver values were sub-optimal. I didnt have NAC at the time, btw.
    Of course I gained Maybe i would have gained a lb more without it, who knows

    Ok, but my point is that NAC and ALA (maybe k-r-ala ) should be enough with anything but M1T.
