Antibiotics on PH's?

So I'm on week three of a Trenazone/5-Alpha cycle and I've got a wicked sinus infection. Went to the doc and he gave me some antibiotics but I haven't taken them yet. From what I understand, that while antibiotics do their job they are also kind of harsh on the body in general. This in conjunction with PH's being rough on the body as well I'm wondering if I should just tough it out or take the meds the doc gave me. Anyone have any experience with this or any thoughts?

Thanks man, I figured it wouldn't really be an issue but I'm paranoid about messing my cycle up haha.
