Hdrol before bed??

I know this is probably completely fine, but I just wanted to make sure....

On the weekends, I have been waking up at 7:30am and taking my hdrol with a muscle milk shake, then going straight back to sleep for a few hours.

Just wanted to make sure that is ok?

Me too, not going to wake up just to take one dose. Just the general spreading out of it throughout the day should be sufficient.

Some people cant sleep after they take a ph. If you can sleep go for it. I workout early morning so i wake up pop then sleep 2 more hours and go.
