Should the actual weight of orals be close to advertised weight?

Should the actual weight of orals closely match their advertised weight? Or would you expect them to be slightly heavier due to required fillers for binding? I guess you certainly wouldn't expect the actual weight to be less than the advertised weight!

I have weighed vitamin pills, and often these are heavier than advertised (probably due to fillers).
