Question about steroids and hair loss

If someone takes a mild steroid such as 1-DHEA and they're prone to MPB, will the individual progressively lose ALL their hair during/after the cycle? Or is it more common to just notice a few stray hairs on your pillow or something like that? Also, is the hairloss usually permanent, or is it possible for the follicles to begin growing hair again after the cycle is ceased?
