    Have- a little help... from my hormones


    Day 19- Running 2 bottles of 1-ad /4-ad Rde and just threw in 1 bottle DecaVol. 4-ad offset 1 week after 1-ad. Eating at about 300-400 over maint

    I wanted to ask about cardio during a lean bulk on these compounds. I've been natty all my life and its usually hard for me to put on weight (6'6" and VERY lean genetics). I usually do very little cardio during any bulk because I won't grow (and yes... I know its all calories burned vs. eaten= weight) but, with enhanced hormonal support I feel like I may be able to gain muscle and still throw in some extra cardio to turn the burners on a little on BF%.

    Do people on cycle find that cardio will hinder growth for guys like me less, or the hinder it the same exact amount as off cycle? May sound like a dumb question but it seems like even at maint cals people gain muscle, and being natty, thats not something I'm used to after noob gains have been acquired.

    It's a long ride... guess I have my whole life to find what works, even on the dark(er) side. Just a first cycle and I'm not used to the fact that I can probably get away with losing BF at the same time I gain mass. Just looking for people who possibly wondered the same thing their 1st cycle. Thanks

    Yea youre right. Sorry for my impatience... work was slow. My diet is pretty on point and Ive adjusted to gain about .5-1 lbs a week. I have gone from 168 lbs @ 14% to 193 @ 9% in 2.5 years naturally in one bulk and cut so I guess Im just excited. Doesnt matter now bc I just saw my dentist for a toothache and he prescribed antibiotics, which will be my next topic on these compounds...
