I have been working out for 8 years and I am really trying to add a bit more mass while leaning out a bit.
Cycle history:
1st
1-12 Test e 500mg
1-4 40mg dbol ed
2nd
1-12 Test e 500mg
1-4 Dbol 50mg daily
3rd
1-14 Test e 500mg
1-12 Deca 400mg
My Next cycle I am planning goes as follows
1-12 Sus 250 m/w/f 500mg total a week
1-5 Anadrol 50mg ed
1-14 Exemstane 12.5mg ed
9-12 Winny 50mg ed
1-12 TUDCA 250mg ed
10-14 HCG 250iu twice a week
Starting week 15
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 20/10/10/0
I lift 6 days a week and rest on sunday.
Planning on eating 500cals above maintenance throughout the cycle and lowering my carb intake week nine to really lean out.
