running a cycle of haldrol stacked with stano 200 in a few weeks just stocking up on pct at the moment, was wondering if you guys could take a look over it for me, have ran cycles before , but always good to get opinions from others.
cycle
halodrol - 75/75/75/75/75/75 maybe up to 100 but 75 seems to be my sweet spot
stano - 600/600/600/600/600/600 also maybe up to 800 but just depends how my body responds
organ shield as directed weeks 1-6
PCT
have clomid on hand incase, but seemed to be fine on my last hdrol cycle, 20/20/10/10 if need be
purus labs recycle weeks 1-4
DAA weeks 1 - 4
stats-
23 yrs old, training 4 years, 2 solid diet and proper training, have gained 11 kg in these 2 years of proper training and diet, bf somewhere around 14% (top 2 abs visible but not 100%)
lifts - in kg as thats how the wieghts at my gym are, also what im lifting for working sets NOT 1rm, so 6-12 reps
sqauts - between 130-140 kg for 6- 12, like to work in the higher rep range for legs so 120 for 15 - 20 reps
bench - i work with dumbells as i feel i can focus more instead of simply pushing, 42.5 kg 8-12, 47.5 5-8
one arm dumbell bent over row - around 35-40 kg for 8-10
shoudler press - 30 kg dumbells 6-10
diets clean (mostly gotta cheat some calories in)
probably around 220 - 250 g protien
300 - 400 g carbs
100 g fats
carbs have been on the higher side, possibly closer to 500g as that seems to be what works for me to gain wieght, upping protien doesnt seem to work, was sitting around 300 g but get the same gains at 220-250 with higher carbs
any opinions/advice welcome
