Length does not dictate the results. TUT, volume, reps, intensity, etc. all combine to contribute to DOMS and/or hypertrophy.

leftside1 New member Awards 0 Sep 22, 2012 #6 I didn't on a SD cycle that I've just finished. I was sore whilst working out, but felt very little the next day. The recovery was insane.

Click to expand... Came in to say exactly this. I rarely get sore on cycle, but i also don't specialize a single muscle group per session.
