Are you still going to get sore on a cycle?
I got sore til about week 7 then it stopped...now even on my 2 a days I don't feel really that sore the next day just slightly

Does it even matter if you have DOMS? It has very little, if any, bearing on the efficacy of a training session.
Ok cause I train for 2 hours on my leg day an they were a little sore the next day but a little more than normal
I didn't on a SD cycle that I've just finished. I was sore whilst working out, but felt very little the next day. The recovery was insane.
