Now i look at it and ya i have muscle but i paid for it ha...i was 18 when i started...back then.i didnt do research or take a proper pct just otc...ya i blew up to 220 plus pounds but i had bad gyno..i took spawn, incredible bulk, m14 e, halovar, m1d, several others man been 5 years ago so cnt remember em all...its an addiction man once u start u dnt want to stop..ok well i tell my story hopefully younger guys will look at this and take my advice...so i went to the doc way back and had labs done after all these cycles run with improper pct...my liver was so bad he thought i was an alcoholic, i had high cholesterol, and the lowest test hes ever seen..even in older men who have had years of steroid abuse...i dont remember the exact overall test level but it wasnt over 70 ....it was wierd cause i was hornier than ever, and produced sperm....needless to say over the years my test got back up...so honestly bro I'm sure in the future i will be on trt...im going to go back to get labs done after pct...kids dont realize once they start these ds steroids it becomes an addiction.
    That there side effects from this if not ran properly...now seems my levels are fine but who knows long term...be careful bro, i know ur running properly, just be safe

    Whole wheat bagel
    6 oz ground beef( i drain the fat)
    Colby jack.cheese
    Green beans cooked in added olive oil and bacon

    So it was a really good cheeseburger,
    I'm going to start p.h.a.t tomarrow in the am

  3. Well havent posted in a while..didnt think anyones following but I'm in pct so far so good...had some of the stongest lifts tonight kinda wierd...
    Clomid 50/50/25/25- its working great for me
    Daa 4 in am 4 in pm (3 g)
    Powerlabs pct 3 am 3pm. As directed
    5 g universal creatine ( preloaded that a week before pct)
    IN 2 weeks ill start erase 0/0/3/3/2/1
    And the usual support supps

    Pretty sexy pct imo

Hmm well i still have a few bottles of sd left so i may kickstart that with some test e, or var.time to go to the darkside I'm thinkin haha...ive been wanting to pin test for a couple years...or stano plus sd for an all out bulk...either way I'm going to give by body a much needed break for atleast 6 months

  8. Ok all u science guys on here...so i was asked a question the other day of how come strength gains seem to keep comming while in proper pct..all i could tell em was natural test is comming back and estro lowering..but couldnt really tell em scientifically

    Strenght and mass don't allways come together. You can gain strenght and loose muscle. A big part of strenght is CNS which is how those freaks of nature in China can pull a semi truck and look like a skinny stick person.

  10. Yea thats true...so far pct is going good..havent lost any noticable size...question,
    I take my clomid spread throughout the day, always have ...do you guys take it all at once, just curious if it matterd, nvr really thought abt that...

    I always take mine all at once just same time of day every day. It has a pretty long half life man

  15. Off day today..i was at 204 yesterday...still looking and feeling strong...i actually need to buy bigger jeans cause they r getting too tight around the quads...good accomplishment for me cause my legs have been a weak point...
    Shoulders/ hypertrophy chest tomarrow..

    Made a great tasting snack today
    1 cGreek gods greek yogurt
    1 c strawberries
    Sugar sub
    A little cool whip
    Mix together
    Handful of almonds

    300-400 cals

    I thought it hit the sweet spot
    Good amount of protein to last till dinner

    I went from 172 to 182.5.

  17. I started at 196 ended at 204 ...my goal was lean mass because i was doing a lot of cardio for upcomming police test, so i was happy..thats a pretty good weight gain man

Honestly i tried to take em on an empty stomach but gave me bad indegestion, so now i take the first dose an hr after breakfast ( before train) then the other dose an hr after dinner....works good so far for me...looks like I'm gna have to start erase sooner than 2 weeks into pct because gyno is still there

  24. Ya i was not anymore..my abdominals cramped up a lot and my pectorals...taurine does help a lot...

  25. How many grams a day? Also, I was confuse by your DAA grams/day. I'm doing 3 grams per day. Are you doing 3 grams in the morning and 3 grams at night?

  26. I took up to 2 grams taurine...that worked for me....that really helped the cramps, anything under that for me did not help...honestly idk the recomended dosage of taurine...ya i take 3 g / day of daa...just spread out...half in the am then half in the pm

  29. im interested in this also because i only have enough left to do a 3 week cycle of only 10 mgs a day. what if you did 10 mg eod to make the cycle longer..maybe 6 to 8 weeks.

  30. U mean pulsing the sd? Some people like this approach, honeslty it all depends how well ur body responds to the compound..me personally pulsing any compund at a low dose doesnt work for me..but 10 mg for 5-6 weeks did wonders, but i ended up upping the dose the last week...very fun..gains are still comming...

    ok cool, i have enough left to do a 5 week cycle of 10mgs eod. i will try this after i do my super dmz cycle. thanks.

Well pct is going good, hoping the gyno will subside in a week..strength is still up, I've lost some water and looking leaner l, which is ok...keeping carbs and calories high, even if I gain a little fat..then post pct ill increase cardio...I did deads today and 365 for 4 I coulda gone higher but legs were dead ha, so strength is maintainable.

    Sorry to hear about your loss bro that sucks. Did you continue overdosing on food after your cycle? There is a big chance it's just water weight that you lost so whatever you do from here on out make sure you load up on your creatine and also make sure you load up on your weights. Food food and more food. Good luck!

  37. I cut back on the food because it was starting to store in my belly. I was looking good everywhere except my stomach. I've been on creatine mono and DAA for 2 weeks now. Wish I would of started them before the end of my cycle.

    Cutting back food in PCT is a horrible mistake that tons of people make. If you're goal is weight gain etc then that is the worst thing you could do when trying to keep gains.
