    Ya I was excited to see that out and they also have a Alpha 1 clone. The tren looks like the same tren that's in trenavar looks promising might have to snag a bottle I still have two bottles of spawn and one bottle of Epitren 350

    Dang man..ur a lucky guy ha...i gained 15 pds off spawn..ya ive read good things abt shredded labs...have to check out that tren too

    Thnx quest...i know what you mean, you dont want to stop taking it ha...idk abt 8 weeks on sd even though its a low dose ..still toxic...i wouldnt suggest going longer than 6, need to give ur body a rest and get back to your original hormonal state...i could be wrong, I'm not a noob, but not near as knowledgeable like some of these guys on here, so ask one of them..good luck with the rest of your cycle

    I was thinking of running 10/20/20/20/30. I'm on the third week right now. I have 4 bottles of SD so I gotta use em up;-)

    Go for it man...honestly ive bumped it to 30 this week...its amazing...only side is lethargy, a little mood swings but nothin out of the ordinary...the 10 mg 6 weeker is good dnt get me wrong but i was greedy and wanted more size ha...i have 3 bottles to last a good 2 years...ill deff..add some stano nxt time

    Ha ha yep I stashed a few bottles back in the day saw the ban coming lol. I actually have never ran it yet but my next cycle is definitally between the spawn or SD. Getting a few more cycles under my belt first I'm on a very mild 1-andro 550-xd stack right now definitally getting some good bulk. How many pounds are you up now man?

    Sounds good man..wish u luck...imo i would have atleast 3 solid cycles and proper pct before u start a sd compound...in all honesty i hear people talk abt superdol like its evil cause the sidea are so bad...like ive stated ive had some sides but its sides expected from a cycle...other than that i feel great..im up 8.5 pds...but keep in mind I'm not focusing on the scale and didnt expect a rapid increase in weight gain because I'm focusin on a lean mass...im doin cardio in some form 5 days a week..ive actually gained more than i thought with minimal water retention noticeable.

    4 more daus on sd then the real test of pct begins...felt like a beast today in the gym..Im having to tweak my routine in the gym this week to 5 straight days on because ill be in norman this weekend for the notre dame game, boomer!!!

    Last nights back workout, really focused on heavy bb rows, and good form on deads..

    Lat pull down-125*15, 150*12, 162*8

    Bb row-135*13,185*10,195*7,205*5
    Straight arm rope pull down( focus on squeezing inner lat)3*8-12

    Deads-135*15, 225*10, 275*7, 325*6, 375*2 pr
    Rack pull ups 3*8-10

    21'S ( felt like a lil bicep work wouldnt hurt) 15,20,25

    Abs
    Hanging leg raise-2*10
    Weighted crunch ( 25lbs) 2*12-15
    Flat leg raise-2*10

    12 min cardio cool down

    Yea it can get tempting that's for sure. Save it for another time. You're right buddy. I took clomid once and than tried torem. Will never go back to clomid. Torem is the best IMO. No sides what so ever. Boys were back in two days.

    Well heres some legs progress and traps/ shoulders, really have made some lean mass gains...my legs have size but need more defenition...sure man
    93 perc lean beef, whole wheat crackers, or whole wheat thins, ketchup and ur choice of bbq sauce mixed, diced onion, and green pepper, cook for 45 min @ 375 it nay need cooked a lil longer, depends on ur oven, then top it off with some more ketchup if u choose...i really dnt measure anything, just go by thickness, and texture...

    Why don't you like chlomid? I have some liquid chlomid for my pct for SD. I

    Clomid is good. But it gives female moods. No bueno when you jacked up or tough lol. Besides that its not bad. With torem I get no sides and works fast.

    Did you get really bad cramps at night? The past week or so I've been waking up in the middle of the night with cramps in my traps and calves. SH!t hurts!

    Never really heard too much about the night terrors and sweats, so I'm curious if you sweat all the time or only during sleep

    Not too much during the day man...when i workout of course, other than that just at night when i sleep...

    No i havent started any pct supps....ill start daa and creatine monday along with.clomid, then a week or two start erase and powelabs pct

    Bec ive been prone to it before..when i was a teenager i was dumb lets just say that ha, and ive been to the abt it...well its back a nice hard mass under my nipple so hoping clomid and ai will take care of it...im gna run the ai 3 caps per day till its gone plus the serm

    You've done quite a lot of cycles, and I'm guessing started young.. How is your libido and test for erections and stuff like that while you're in between cycles not taking anything?

    Do u have to take libido and sex enhancers or anything like that ever?

    Yea bro unfortunately i did..i learned but ya..thats y i try to give young kids advice abt taking them at a young age, not worth thr risk...ya my sex drive and erections r fine when off...im a horny machine lol
