i think this will be my next cycle. i'm gonna be taking udca while on to help out the 'ol liver. the rest will be pretty similar. have you had any libido issues? my girlfriend is in abu dhabi for the next 2 1/2 months anyway so it wouldn't be a big deal. seems like the perfect time. this will be my first sd cycle. i bought a few bottles of sd and ultradrol right before they disappeared .

20mgs is a good idea.. ur not having any issues with sides, go for it, pumps will be a lot better too.Originally Posted by blayke88

Apoxtle...ive enjoyed this cycle, honestly libido is pretty good for being on a cycle..the main sides ive notived was minor lethargy, moods been off, minor if any shrinkage ha...ive really noticed some lean gains, and strength...i may bump it to 20 the last 2 weeks, just because I'm not experiencing major sides, and i want to get the best gains possible...but i can tell you a 6 weeker will give you lean gains with min sides...go for it man, just get ur pct and support supps in check before you start( u may have said that already ) good luck

Today was a decided off day, have a big project remodeling a walkway,$$$$
We will see how these nxt two weeks go on 20 mg....
I'm really trying to lift heavy as possible but also make sure form and feeling that blood flow in the specific muscle...itll be a late evening session tomarrow...
Breakfast- 2 eggs 3 whites, bowl protein plus cereal w/ blueberries, 1 slice whole wheat toast
Meal 2- scoop whey, 1 banana
Meal3- 1 c brown rice, 8 0z chicken, 1 c brocoli
Meal 4- 1/2 c oats, whey protein, blueberries, mixed in blender, almonds
Meal 5- steak, 1 c brown rice, 1 c brocoli
Meal 6( before bed)- 1 c cottage cheese
Really starting to crave some junk food, cnt wait for cheat meal on sat ha

Not to hijack the thread from OP...just asking because there seems to be some exp'd users here.
First week running LGIs SD-10 @ 10mg and getting sides like constant nausea, blaring migraines, and what looks like puffy nips (could just be all the water). I take a full serving of Serious Mass immediately after my first 5mg dose followed by my support supps Aegis, Cycle Assist, CoQ10, and multi. Anyone experience this before or know what's going on?
Stats are: 6" , 168lbs, 4.5-5kcals daily, 1-1.5gals of water daily.

You weigh 168 and you're six inches tall? That is some serious mass. Seriously though, nausea may be from too many pills at once, or the full serving of Serious Mass may be too much for your gastrointestinal system. Try spreading out your pill intake some more, and do a half serving of Serious Mass or just drink it slower. Ive told almstnatty to drop the mass gainer, its prolly not settling well with his stomach and to take 10 mg pill of sd after breakfast with carbs...mabe even buy some milk of mag to clean out gi...didnt know what else to tell him....

Arm day was last night...that 20 mg is starting to blow me up ha...10 mg was good but u can deff tell when you bump it up... diet yesterday was good, just another long day

Ready for leg day tomarrow...im getting to the point where i hate off days, i feel lazy, have a lil over a week in 20 mg then ill start pct..no need to lower it to 10 mg for the 6th week

Idk if I missed it, but what time of day were you dosing the SD when you were at only 10mg and why did you choose that schedule?

Well this was originally gna be a 10 mg 6 weeker...just because ive done research on similar cycles and the longer cycle less dosage could decrease risk of heavy sides, and be able to maintain gains after pct...i want to add that there is not any scientific data to back this up..i just base my theory on others trial and error....i take my 10 mg after breakfast usually around 8 am...sd loves carbs nvr take it on an empty stomach...i ran 10 mg for 3 weeks and loved it, dnt get me wrong. I just felt that i wanted more gains and 10 mg wasnt enough to reach those max gains.. so I'm taking the 20 mg for the last 2 weeks in the a.m. and after dinner..i dnt take my last dose pre workout because i dont workout the same time everyday...so just take it after dinner with carbs...10 mg 6 weeker would be a great cycle for a summer cut imo...bec i experienced e****lent lean mass...

Thanks fight club...its going very well...one of the best cycles ive ran as far as minimal sides go...im really gna do some research on test e, may run an injectable for the first time my nxt run...found my current food addiction, those fresh hashbrowns u cook yourself...no added preservatives or sodium...damn good with olive oil anyway about to go squat till i pass out, ill log diet tonight
