    You weigh 168 and you're six inches tall? That is some serious mass. Seriously though, nausea may be from too many pills at once, or the full serving of Serious Mass may be too much for your gastrointestinal system. Try spreading out your pill intake some more, and do a half serving of Serious Mass or just drink it slower. Migraines may be just plain old headaches as a result of increased blood pressure.

  3. Ive told almstnatty to drop the mass gainer, its prolly not settling well with his stomach and to take 10 mg pill of sd after breakfast with carbs...mabe even buy some milk of mag to clean out gi...didnt know what else to tell him....

    Ya i hate losing strength after pct, happens though

  4. Today was a good shoulder day...sorry if these recent logs havent been as detailed, really busy project, didnt even feel like lifting but excuses are for pussi** ha...
    Breakfast- 1 egg, 4 whites scrambled with turkey pepperoni and fat free cheese 1 c oats w/ blueberries and cinimmon, oj

    Snack- scoop whey, banana

    Lunch-6 oz tilapia, 1 c brown rice, 1 c brocoli ( best tasting meal, not ha)

    Snack- whey, blueberries, almonds, milk, oats mixed in blender, ( great on the go meal)

    Pre workout-4 oz steak, 1 c brocoli

    Pwo-whey protein

    Pwo meal(last meal) tilapia/ steak, whole wheat penne pasta w/ olive oil and a touch of garden sauce

    Shoulders

    Db seated press-45*13, 60*12, 70*9, 80*6
    Side lateral-15*14, 20*12, 30*9, 30*6, dropset 15* failure

    Db front raise- 20*12, 25*10, 30*8, 30*6
    Bent over rear lateral-20*12, 25*11, 30*9

    Bb shrug-135*15, 225*11, 315*7, 335*5
    Cable upright row 3*8-12

    Abs
    Cable rope crunch-3*12-17
    Flat bench leg raise-3*10-12

    10 min bike cool down

    Intense, but nothing fancy. Really looked jacked tonight, seeing veins in shoulders and mid back ive nvr seen

    Ready to build those arms up tomarow night, i appriciate everyone whos following, a lot of smart people on here, giving me great advice. You can never learn enough abt bodybuilding, nutrition, and cycles thats why i love it. ..

  7. Arm day was last night...that 20 mg is starting to blow me up ha...10 mg was good but u can deff tell when you bump it up... diet yesterday was good, just another long day
    Breakfast-2 eggs 3 whites, 1 c protein plus cereal w/ blueberries, oj

    Snack- whey protein, apple

    Lunch- whole wheat penne pasta, 6 oz steak, green pepper

    Pre workout- oats, whey, pb, grapes, milk, blended up, really good

    Pwo- whey protein, 2 rice cakes

    Pwo meal ( last meal)- hashbrowns w/ olive oil, turkey burger w/ low fat cheese, brocoli

    Todays gna be a nice cheat meal, lg pizza while watching the red river r i v a l r y Boomer!!!

  9. Today was a decided off day dedicated to college football ha...diet today wasnt my best, but not the worst...i did have a cheat meal with pizza 1 lg later i was full ha....

    Breakfast- usual

    Pizza for lunch

    Protein shake and banana

    Tilapia, hashbrowns, and green pepper

    Before bed mini wheats and cottage cheese

    Ready for leg day tomarrow...im getting to the point where i hate off days, i feel lazy, have a lil over a week in 20 mg then ill start pct..no need to lower it to 10 mg for the 6th week

  12. Idk if I missed it, but what time of day were you dosing the SD when you were at only 10mg and why did you choose that schedule?

Well this was originally gna be a 10 mg 6 weeker...just because ive done research on similar cycles and the longer cycle less dosage could decrease risk of heavy sides, and be able to maintain gains after pct...i want to add that there is not any scientific data to back this up..i just base my theory on others trial and error....i take my 10 mg after breakfast usually around 8 am...sd loves carbs nvr take it on an empty stomach...i ran 10 mg for 3 weeks and loved it, dnt get me wrong. I just felt that i wanted more gains and 10 mg wasnt enough to reach those max gains.. so I'm taking the 20 mg for the last 2 weeks in the a.m. and after dinner..i dnt take my last dose pre workout because i dont workout the same time everyday...so just take it after dinner with carbs...10 mg 6 weeker would be a great cycle for a summer cut imo...bec i experienced excellent lean mass...

Thanks fight club...its going very well...one of the best cycles ive ran as far as minimal sides go...im really gna do some research on test e, may run an injectable for the first time my nxt run...found my current food addiction, those fresh hashbrowns u cook yourself...no added preservatives or sodium...damn good with olive oil anyway about to go squat till i pass out, ill log diet tonight

    Diet today consist of eggs, oats, whole grain bread, whole wheat pasta, tuna, steak, brocoli, green peppers...too lazy to type all meals...

    Ill just do a quick wrap up of workout.

    275*4,285*1 pr on flat bb bench

    85*6 db incline pr

    55*6 incline fly pr. Good stretch

    Other excercises were cable flyes, chest dips

    18 sets on chest getting in some volume, chest was full and hard...
