Beer on haloplex?

How bad is one beer on haloplex? I am takin a liver support if that is any better.

i drink on cycle all the time. usually i feel absolutely horrible when i do.

One beer isn't going to hurt. If anything it may actually help with blood pressure. Just don't make it a habit...
