keep reading different things about LMG. soaking wet bulker with low quality gains, big risk of gyno, etc. and other ppl saying it was good for lean gains. what's the deal with it? any experiences? specifically LGI's clone of LMG.
heres my main question. i am going onto week 3 of my mechabol/dermacrine cycle. can I add in LMG for the last 3 weeks or is this a bad idea for some reason? LMG isnt liver toxic and doesnt aromatize, so would it complement the mecha/derma for more mass gains or will it just be low quality bloat? and is 3 weeks long enough?
