As I said in one of my posts earlier today, I did bump my dose to 4 pills a day now(40mg). My chest workout today was pretty normal in terms of how I felt, but noticed I feel a little stronger on my last set of each lift...although that could have been the C4 pre-w/o I used today. I had to stop my shrugs early and go home because my heart started pulsing uncontrollably and almost hurt. Guessing it was high BP, but not positive. Will be buying a bp monitor asap to keep handy and monitor myself as needed.
