PCT following RPN Havoc Epistane Cycle

I'm planning to run an epistane cycle for 5 weeks in hopes of gaining 5-8lbs LBM while reducing some body fat. I'm currently 5'10" 160lb apprx 11% BF.

If I take reversitol v2, erase pro, and Clomid PCT when should I actually start taking the clomid and the reversitol/erase pro? 1-2 days after finishing epistane? Thanks
