Tender Nips - WTF?

I have been off PH's for over 4 months now. Did my PCT (Nolva and 6-OXO), and blood work after 2 months off showed test back to normal range. I am currenlty dieting and training hard and taking SAN's OX, Redline, Glucophase XR, Lean Xtreme, Trimax and Prodcut X transform. My nips (especially the left one) are fairly tender. What is with that?
