Cutting cycle, please check
Hey guys. This is going to be my first PH cycle. Just glance over this and make sure I did all the proper research.
Current starts are 195lbs, 20% BF, 5'10" lifting for 2 years. Only 1 year very intence lifting. I need to cut BAD.
My goal is to drop about 5lbs to 190lbs. Of course I expect to gain some muscle and lose fat but they should mask each other.
The most important thing is diet: roughly 2300 calories during the week and maintaince cals during the weekend (I have had great
success with this approach). I will take in roughly 225g of protein the rest being carbs and fats.
ON Whey and EGG Protein
Dioxycyline (this is an anti biotic for my acne) 100mg
Asprine 80mg 2*per day
Taurine 4g per day (BP control)
Hawthorwn Berry (BP control) not sure dosage yet; will front load 2 weeks though
Milk thistle 1000mg/day
Saw Pallmetow (SP?) a lot
The PH's and dosages:
3-6 m5aa 50mg ED
1-6 4-AD 400mg ED (trans) (front load 2 weeks)
Fat loss supplements:
1-4 Xtreme Chizled recommended dosage
1-4 Lipo-Y on the chest area
I walk 5 miles a day.
Run 2 miles 3 times a week.
MAX-OT training: hard, heavy, intence and brutal.
Nolva 4 weeks 40,30,20,20
ZMA 4 weeks 2 caps/day

My "friend" just gave me 4 viles of Test Prop 100mg/ml @ 2 ml's. I now want to add this in and that would be enough for 400mg each week for 2 weeks. This that is a safe addition? Thanks.

There's no need to run test prop & 4ad together, pick 1 or the other. You don't have enough prop to make it worth running anyway. Get some more & run it next time.
I suggest running the M5AA throughout the 6 weeks. There is no need to frontload transdermal 4ad. You will definitely bloat from 4ad, M5AA will eliminate it. It's a little discouraging to be bloated while cutting too, M5aa will keep you dry & hard. I would also say increase the m5aa dose & spread it throughout the day, 50mg will really do nothing but give you a training boost. Run something like 20mg morning, 50-60mg pre-training, & 20mg night. Adjust depending when you train, 60mg gives a great boost.
I also suggest increasing your protein, 300g/day should do it. You can lower carbs & fats to adjust calories.

OK, thanks guys. I will run the m5aa as you suggested. Since I am going to run it for 6 weeks I am going to use extra liver care. Good day.
