i tried keto a while back and saw results but i felt like complete and utter sh*t for two weeks. and as much as i thought i was getting "cut" i was just getting a lot smaller lol. i dont like going too long without carbs. maybe 3 days sometimes even 4. ive never used coconut oil. def read about it tho. carb cycling on winny should be fun. if you can get low enough bf your refeeds will pop veins and density should be through the roof
i cant use prov for more than 4 days in a row or i shed when i comb my hair. keep an eye out on that and dont depend on it as an AI. i had to add in nolva to help with the nipples prov wasnt cutting it alone
just purchased some erase right now too so i can save nolva for pct
heavy compounds for sure 4-6 rep range. my last 2-3 exercises i do burn outs on whatever im working out for the day. keep lowering the weight and keep repping to get that massive pump and blood flow before the post-wo meal. all ab workouts involve weights whether it's machines, ropes, or just weight. no free crunches or sit ups.

Oh man, keto....that is straight bullshyt all the way. best thing ever for losing fat and even preserving muscle...but got-damn, you look flat and deflated as fck on it. When I was much younger, probably 24 or 25 I did the bodyopus diet by DD which is 5 days of keto then on the weekend you do some wacky carb up deal....anyways there was this kid at work that would always tell me how I had big muscles and all this stuff, tell me you must've just worked out before work you look really pumped today etc...so while on like thursday of keto, 4th day in, kid see's me at the time clock and told me damn you look flat, like you lost all your muscle, what happened? LMFAO, I was scarred for life I swear to God. But he didn't need to tell me, I saw it and felt it. carb cycling is nowhere near as bad as a keto diet, but you do look flat and feel small when on the no carb/low carb days.

i start off with 3 sets of hanging knee raises (with elbow straps). go right, middle, left, repeat. i also put a light medicine ball between my knees or wear ankle weights when available... these i go to burnout usually around 10-15 reps. nothing ive done helps eliminate lower stomach fat like these. i still have a way to go on lower stomach tho
then 3 sets of heavy cable crunches failing at 6 reps followed by burning out on these as well
then3 sets cable torso twist each side (f*cking love these they ripped up my outer abs nicely) failing around 6-10 reps no burn out
ab machine crunchs failing around 10 reps with burn out as well
been on this routine for about 6 weeks now... i do this after my regular workout when stomach isnt sore and takes about 20 min
