I've done a few PH cycles in the past without fully prepared mentally. I've always had the right supps but haven't been able to push the limits and didn't have my training where it should be pre and post cycle. My regular training has been better than ever in intensity and focus and i feel great. I really want to maximize my results for this cycle and am in no rush. Just getting my ducks in a row.
I plan to run it sometime between November and March as long as I'm mentally/physically focused enough to maximize my results.
I'm stocked up on many PH/Serms/other so changing it up isn't a big deal. Just looking for some advice. I've done a lot of reading here but never posted.
I want to gain some muscle and not get too fat.
I'm 180 and about 12%bf
