SD and Epi cycle thoughts

I've done a few PH cycles in the past without fully prepared mentally. I've always had the right supps but haven't been able to push the limits and didn't have my training where it should be pre and post cycle. My regular training has been better than ever in intensity and focus and i feel great. I really want to maximize my results for this cycle and am in no rush. Just getting my ducks in a row.

I plan to run it sometime between November and March as long as I'm mentally/physically focused enough to maximize my results.

I'm stocked up on many PH/Serms/other so changing it up isn't a big deal. Just looking for some advice. I've done a lot of reading here but never posted.

I want to gain some muscle and not get too fat.

I'm 180 and about 12%bf

What do you think?

wack. SD 20 mgs for 4 weeks, don't taper down.

Yeah i might not taper down. If things go really well and i am able to keep my diet and workouts right, i may keep SD at 20 for the whole first 4 weeks.

I'm more interested to hear what your thoughts are with having formasurge and dermacrine on cycle how i have them.

I have tried to piece together done of what has worked for me combined with the hundreds of threads I've read and have a readily good cycle..

Week 2 - 20mg SD and Formasurge
Week 3 - 20mg SD Epistane 20mg, Formasurge, and Dermacrine

4 weeks of epi is a kind of a waste bro. it'l just be kicking in as your cycle ends.

id suggest something like this:

SD 10/10/10

Epi 30/30/40/40/40/40 (higher if your feeling good)

just dont forget to grab some Aegis for your liver.

Too much? I have cycle assist throughout. It's that enough for liver? I hadn't heard of Aegis but will look into it if this cycle will be too harsh on the liver.

Hope yuou have a **** ton of cycle assist for those two methyls.

You weigh 180 man, 20mg of just SD is MORE than enough. No need to stack just cause you have em.

I have a lot on hand. And a ****loaf of cycle assist.....

I may end up just doing SD solo with formasurge. Also may do another epi solo with dermacrine. Might do both spaced throughout next year but toying with the idea of having a couple of ultimate cycles instead if i stack them all right.

Besides what others have mentioned, derma should be ran straight thru the entire cycle IMO. save the forma for the later half and into pct.
