Well this is my first post on any forum.
6 years lifting
5" 10' 198 pds 12% bf
currently using layne Norton's p.h.a.t routine
current supps- whey protein/ universal creapure creatine/ bcaa/ omegas/ multi
Macros- 40/40/20


Ok...this is not going to be my first cycle. Just wanted some feedback on m- staine( sd clone)
Just wondering if purus labs organ shield is ok for cycle support along with Hawthorne berry. Multi. Omegas. Taurine of course

Pct nolva 20/20/10/10; dpol; pct assist

Any advice
 
Well ive nvr ran it before..ive done halodrol and Epistane cycles.. I was going tl
start at 10 Mg the first week and if I'm seeing Gaines ill keep it at 10
Mg for 3weeks as I read gains usually subside after week three. But if I'm not
Feeling anything with 10 Mg by second week then ill bump it up to 20 Mg.
 
get cycle assist or TUDCA. if your running 10 mgs bump that to 6 weeks. if you want to keep it at 3-4 weeks id say 20/30/40 or 20/30/30/30. gains dont really subside at 3 weeks. i've ran 4 and gotten excellent gains in the 4th week, my strength stopped going up but size gains continued. the 10mgs at 6 weeks is a great way to recomp. if your going for all out mass i'd opt for the 4 week duration. 3 weeks isnt all that great.
 
Ok thanks for the input.ill use cel cycle assist instead of organ shield. Oh ok ill run it 4 weeks at 20/30/30/30 see how it goes. Ya I'm going for mass
Ive leaned out a bit since my last cycle of halo plex. Ill keep a log in a couple weeks when I start. Thanks

no worries bro. the cel assist has a little more protection in it. i love purus's products but with superdrol your best to go overboard with protection. last time i used it i ran assist and aegis. drink an ass ton of water while your on. i drank 2 gallons a day and my piss was still brown. enjoy the ridiculous numbers you're going to see on the cycle.
 
Ill make sure to have plenty water intake. Ya I'm excited to see some crazy gains. Ive always
been iffy about sd but ive done my research and feel pretty good about the cycle. I'm curious to
see how pct goes

in my experiences, use a suicidal ai during the cycle and pct and use some nolva at pct time and you should be fine. i tried using adex and my nips lit up for the first 2 weeks of nolva. no gyno just very very uncomfortable.

you'll definitely see crazy gains bro. i was flat benching 385 for 6. right now i'm at 335 for, well i stopped at 3 last week due to lack of spot.

oh just caught your macros. sd LOVES carbs. thats a solid diet. maybe even consider going 30/50/20 as long as you can keep your protien in the 1.5-2g range (steroids increase protien synthesis otherwise 1g would be solid)
 
Ok yea no questions on nolva for pct..wow that's impressive on bench. That's not my strongest lift currently pushing 285. Ok ill tweak up my carb. Intake
yea I make sure atleast 1 g/ Pd of bodyweight on protein. Mostly whole foods mabe two shakes on occasion.
