About to get blood work done need quick help

I want an accurate reading of my testosterone level.
I am recovering from no pct and i heard there are different types of testoterone, base test and another type that they can test for, So what do i check off on that sheet of paper you get for blood work to get the most accurate testosterone reading?
and what else do i need to test for hormone imbalance etc?

If u want free test and test serum u need the male hormone panel. For just test serum u can get the female hormone panel
