When to come off Hcg with Prop cycle

Running the following cycle:

Wk 1-4 Test Prop 100mg eod
Wk 1-10 Test cyp 250mg (Mon/Thurs)
Wk 11-14 Test Prop 100mg eod

Standard Clomid/Nolva Pct

Planning on running Hcg throughout my cycle as well at 250iu's twice a week, but my question is when should I come off the Hcg? Purposely ending with Prop so that I can get to my Pct as soon as possible (3 days after last inject) but i'm still uncertain about when to cut the Hcg? Obviously don't run it during PCT, but should I pin one more time same day as my last Prop pin? Or cut it earlier

So my last pin of prop will go "un-hcg'd" since my PCT starts 3 days after last pin of Prop?
