    Help a noob out


    Hey guys. I'm considering doing my first AAS cycle during the winter and I really wanna pack on some lean muscle without arousing too much suspicion. I work at a gym where I am very friendly with the patrons, so they would definitely notice/ say something to me if I got super big super fast. If possible, could I lower my calories like I was doing a natural cut (reduce maintenance calories by 250ish), but inject instead, and get more cut while packin on some lean muscle? I think I could get super cut and a bit bigger without many questions being asked. Forgive my ignorance, but how does injecting affect one's macro nutrient/ calorie requirements? Thanks in advance!

    If u go below maintenance dont expect to build muscle mass. Steroids dont actually cause the growth - they only facilitate it. GH causes growth of muscle mass.

    Anyways, either do balls to the wall cut or do what I think u r referring to as clean bulk. But in any case, to bulk in muscle mass is to eat plenty of carbs and protein and training with high enough intensity.

    As I always say to others on this board...if u avoid a high fat diet and perform cardio properly u can add a few lbs of muscle and strip away some fat.

    Cool. I appreciate it. I don't desire to be really big anyways, so I'd prolly just like another 15-20 lbs of muscle. What if I eat like I normally do (lean bulk, maintenance + 250 cals)... but I take test cyp at 400mg per week? I figure if I get harassed about getting so strong so fast, I'll just say I'm taking pro hormones. They don't seem to have as bad of a reputation. Or maybe I'll just do a shorter cycle... idk.

    Lean bulk, extra calories from protein. It will be winter so work out in sweats if you need to. If they ask, just smile and tell them it's creatine, diet, and hard work.

    Just tell.them you discovered a real break through recently, lol.

    If ur diet is appropriate, as in it isnt filled with simple sugars and fats, then I'd say 500 over maintenance with the extra calories being half protein and half slow releasing carbs FTW.
