hey guys first post here. little history to start. been lifting since 18 pretty religiously. I'm now going on 25. I'm 5'9" and currently 190. no clue on bf as i often don't get to worked up over it. i started ph at 19. not knowing better and trusting the guy at the supp shop. first cycle was anabolic xtreme superdrol with no support or pct. i know it was dumb but can't change the past. that led me into pinning running 10 week cycles of test/deca on and off. at my heaviest i was 225. looked like a ****in house (everyone knew). never had any adverse reactions other then some very mild gyno. after taking years off from and ph and gear, and being in the gym for a solid year with nothing more then normal nat supps I'm jumping back on the ph bandwagon, but with a whole lot more knowledge (and money) lol. so here is my run:

protex cycle assist throughout
multi vitamin
daa starting third week in cycle to help with pct 3g daily
dhea 100mg daily
creatine 5mg daily
pct is gonna be:
clomid
100/50/50/25
erase
0/0/3/2/2/1
otc pct supplement
daa will continue throughout at 3g daily
liver care and multi vitamin though out .
any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated including mild substance to stack with or recommends on pct. everything on this list is purchased and i am 3 days in. thanks!
