    First AAS Cycle.


    1-3 wk 10mg M1t
    1-2 wk 600mg EQ, 3wk - 12 wk 400mg EQ
    1-12 wk 500mg Test Enth

    14-16wk 40mg Nolva
    17-18 20mg Nolva.

    Any suggestions?

    Diet is around 4k cals a day. 50/40/10

    yeah, looks ok. some prefer to run test about a week longer than eq so all esters have finished their work at near the same time. might wanna at least add clomid to PCT as well. HCG wouldn't hurt or IGF if you can afford it.

    Was possibly planning on adding Clomid to the PCT. I think it'll workout quite well. Thanks.

    I'm no expert on real gear, but shouldn't he need HCG for a cycle that long?

    for a first cycle, it's hard to tell. it definately wouldn't hurt to have it on hand. his dosages aren't crazy so it may not be needed.

    Its so cheap why skimp on it? a 5000iu amp would be pelenty and an once of prevention and so on.

    I really don't think so, I've done two PH cycles before and they went perfectly well, this will too.

    i don't think its too nuts you would probably get fine gains off the test alone but EQ isn't very strong and if you already have it then run it
    if you can get some HCG you should though

    The reason I really want to run the EQ is because I have trouble eating as much as I should and I really want to pull in the cals on this cycle. EQ should help with that.
