As of Monday il be running a sus + dec both organon . I have been advised the sus 1ml very other day and 2-3 ml of deca a week depending on how I'm feeling ? Was gonna have 1.5 dec Monday sus Tuesday Thursday 1.5ml dec Friday sus Saturday Monday . Looking for advise from more experienced users does it seem ok like that .. Using a 3 day training split !
