Wife found stash, now what?

Okay so I had taken PH's/DS's in the past but however since I figured its better to take injectables, instead I did that. She found a vial of test and now I am basically ****ed. Promised no more injecting myself with ****, and I respect her thoughts on it. She might not understand it, thats fine, I just have to move on.

The questions is... now what. Once I did test I was in for the long haul. Do I go back to DS's? What are your opinions, what would you do? I have some anadrol and dbol still, just no more injectables. Is there a better way to run these types of things now? In the past I experienced a lot of loss of gains... I would do the something like a 4 week superdrol 10/20/20/30, get a **** ton of gains and then slowly lose them (full PCT nothing OTC clomid/nolva/AI etc..) is there a better way to run them to maybe make the gains more long term? Thats a lot of questions, but thanks for any help you guys could give.

The latest thing now is to run SD for 6wks at 10mgs/ED or bridging to a non methyl, keeping gains slow/steady and thus more maintainable. You probably shouldn't have hidden the fact that you were injecting yourself (but you know this now) maybe just ask for it back so you can continue? Or lie and tell her your hormones/lipids/HPTA system(s) will be screwed up for life if you don't continue your current cycle, forcing her to return it? Lol idk man

explain to her why injections are cleaner than orals... your health and longevity should be more important than anything

2) Let her be a part of your bodybuilding quest
3) Educate her on the subject

If she see's that you involve her and you are very educated about what you do with Test, she won't care so much. In fact, she might respect you more for involving her anyways and tolerate your use. In this particular situation, women would care most about you revealing everything to them (even the illegal or questionable stuff). They just want to know you intimately. Give her that much first and see if she doesn't loosen up on her perspective.

maintaining gains in pct will be dependent on diet,training, and your pct plan. if you haven't learned how to do this, you're going to be in a hard spot.

Tell her what the real deal is, why you inject. Last thing to do is get a safe. She will never drop that. If she still doesn't go for it you have to find a better place to keep your stash. Hollow out a book or look up places or good stash spot ideas.
