Injured whilst on anavar

Hi all, i have just finished my 4 week var course, and i just injured my shoulder
I am starting my PCT in a few days and was wondering on your thoughts as to weather the keep the same dosage, considering i wont be able to train at the gym for atleast a week. Also, if you have any ideas as to how i could make this recovery quicker would be greatly appreciated. cheers
