Epi/Halo Feedback

Hey everyone. 39 year old male. 6'3"...235 lbs. Currently looking to get bodyfat down from 18% to around 11-12% before starting my 3rd cycle for bulking. Did a cycle of CEL old H-Drol about 4 years ago and 2 years prior to that, did a cycle of the ORIGINAL Oxydrol-12 (before it got banned and switched over to the weak, b.s. Oxydrol PRO). Did really well on both. Gained around 13lbs on O-12 and kept around 6lbs of that and on H-Drol, gained 18 lbs during the 5 weeks I ran it (kept around 9lbs of that) but ate pretty much what I wanted and did not do proper PCT. I know it's normal to put on SOME fat when bulking but since I wasn't keeping it clean, I put on more. I also know without a proper PCT, you can lose pretty much all the gains and the only thing I can contribute to me keeping some of my gains without proper PCT was I loaded and started old school creatine back up big time back then along with BCAA's and just hitting the gym hard as well as mega protein.

For both of these cycles, I did just a liver support while on it but didn't research like I should have and ran nothing else.

Diet will be geared towards a clean bulk. Will focus carbs around before and after workouts and in the evenings (I have never believed in the carbs cause you to get fat at night and will hit weights in the AM and PM)

Protein will be between 275-325 g per day. Fish oil all day for my healthy fat. I can eat a pretty boring diet so will consume just tons of chicken/lean steak with veggies/stir frys. Love Mrs. Dash and since it's sodium free, will use that on pretty much everything. Consume rice around post workout and some evenings. Eggs for breakfast with some kind of meat. That and protein throughout the day. Clean and simple is the easiest way for me to stick to a “diet” plan.

This time around, I am planning on taking all of the following DURING my cycle:

Halo (5 weeks)
75, 100, 100, 125, 125 mg – (Dosing a bit higher since I will be around 220 lbs when I start this. Have seen some go as high as 150 but I will run another cycle about 4 months after this one and will up it to that level then)

Epi (4 weeks...Start this on the 3rd week I am on Halo so will have 1 week at the end where EPI will run alone)
0, 0, 30, 30, 30, 40 (this last week will run alone since halo will end a week early or should I plan on running EPI for 5 weeks?)

MSM (for joint support)
Fish/Flax/Borage Oil capsules

My main question is I know Epi and Halo-Plex are supposed to be really dry and I have never experienced any gyno in the past with my 2 previous cycles BUT since I will be stacking two this time, should I look at adding an estrogen blocker DURING my cycle this time?.....or are these too dry to really worry about that and should I just make sure I take some estrogen blockers during my pct AFTER my cycle along with my below Post Cycle plan. I have never done a prescription AI (Clomid, etc) but I keep reading various things. Thinking this time around I should but there are many sights that claim to order but I have no idea if I'm getting garbage or the real thing.

never trying to be a dick, but many people including myself suggest cutting down to around 12-15% bf at least before running a cycle
 
oh and btw no need for an AI on cycle neither convert to estrogen and epi can actually block it...i ran it at a low dose for about 4 weeks and it actually shrunk my gyno to the point where it doesnt exist! Funny how that worked compared to nolva. Dont start without a serm (nolva, clomid, torem). Its so easy to get and u can find reliable ones as they can be talked about on other forums.... stacking two methyls can be rough on the system so drink a **** ton of water. use erase as ur AI in pct. Id also have a little more than msm for joint support, you have to take that stuff for months before it kicks in and actually does anything...cissus is the ****
 
Exactly. That's what I said near the beginning of my post...I am going to cut to 11-12% "before" I start this cycle.
 
Cool. So maybe throw in the typical glucosamine? Thx for advise on the AI. Will just wait till after. I'll have to search more for the clomid, etc. Won't lie...afraid of getting stuff that's fake or has garbage in it *laugh*
