Was just wondering what's the most effective way to use USN, I haven't used it yet, but also heard it tends to put a lot of fat round your belly?
How long should I work out, how many days a week?
How much USN should I take, how many a day?
Should I do a month of weight training without supplements first? (haven't trained in a while)
Long long should it take to see any improvements with the supplement?
Should I drink a lot of water?
What am I supposed to eat whilst taking the supplements, and when should I eat?
