Was just wondering what's the most effective way to use USN, I haven't used it yet, but also heard it tends to put a lot of fat round your belly?

How long should I work out, how many days a week?

How much USN should I take, how many a day?

Should I do a month of weight training without supplements first? (haven't trained in a while)

Long long should it take to see any improvements with the supplement?

Should I drink a lot of water?

What am I supposed to eat whilst taking the supplements, and when should I eat?

Yes, depending on the rest of your diet.

60 minutes. 4-5 times per week.

How much USN should I take, how many a day?

Depends on the rest of your diet.

It doesn't really matter. This product is a weight gain product but only works as a source of macronutrients and calories.

Long long should it take to see any improvements with the supplement?

Depends on how hard you train and how well you eat. The supplement won't make a drastic difference.

Always, whether you use this supplement or not.

If you are trying to gain muscle eat enough protein and calories to support this.
